On Sunday, the 7th of Tishrei, 9th of October, the new Chabad center of Piazza Bologna was officially inaugurated.
Many locals came to see the new place that hosts a library, Judaica items, lounge, new clothing for the needy and an office for Rabbi and Mrs. Lazar.
Rabbi Hazan, director of Chabad Rome, was honored to place the Mezuzah at the entrance, Sinai Tesciuba, co-owner of Daruma Sushi, was honored to place a second Mezuzah and Ever Naccach, owner of the Home in Rome Kosher Bed and Breakfast was honored with the third Mezuzah.
The refreshments where offered by Daruma Sushi, Il Dolce Forno di Giada and Flour.
