Meals with families

Families in the Piazza Bologna, Marconi and Repubblica areas host visitors for Shabbat and holiday meals. Fill in the form below and we will look for a family for you — we are usually able to confirm only during the week of your visit.

Once we have found a family and checked that the distance is suitable for you, we ask for a donation: it covers the arranging and makes sure the request is serious.

The families host without taking any compensation, purely for the mitzvah of hachnasat orchim. Please let us know as early as you can if you are not able to come.

The form asks for a reference: a rabbi, or someone known to us who can vouch for you. We cannot send guests we know nothing about into a family’s home, so a request without a reference cannot be accepted.
