Tourist information
Jewish Tours
Depending on your budget, the best way to understand Jewish Rome is with a tour guide — various companies run group tours of the different areas. For a licensed private guide, we recommend RomanJews.
⚠ Visiting churches & religious sites
If you prefer not to enter a church, note that the Sistine Chapel (Vatican Museums) and the Pantheon occasionally host religious services. The Vatican Museums' exit runs through the Sistine Chapel — before booking a Vatican tour, make sure an alternative exit is available.
Jewish catacombs
The Jewish catacombs of Vigna Randanini should not be visited — human remains are exposed. The catacombs of Villa Torlonia have been restored and are expected to open shortly.

Hi
We are looking for a walking tour of Rome on Shabbat afternoon. Please advise is there is someone who can do this for us. We are a group of 6 people.
Thank you
Menachem Lazar
You could try any of the tour companies listed.
